The LOOP Design Awards are open to all designers, creatives, photographers, videographers, artists and individuals involved in architecture, interior design, landscape design, product design , architecture photography, architecture video, concept design and graphic design.. The LOOP is an international awards program and participants of all nationalities are welcome. Press companies and clients may also enter on behalf of design firms. When submitting an entry, you will need to provide details of the submitted work.

All the Architecture, Interior, Product, and Graphic Design entries submitted to LOOP must be projects completed in the past eight years. Landscape Design entries must be projects finished in the past ten years.
Architecture Photography , Architecture Video, and Concept Design entries are not time-limited.

The LOOP Design Award is designed as a complete online platform for the convenience of the participants by entering and uploading all the entries online in a simple and easy process. All the entries are made through our online entry system.

2. Select and pay for your Nomination Pack
3. Submit your entries – provide the required entry details

Entry submissions must be entered exclusively online using our online submission form. An entry is considered processed after a completed submission form is successfully received by LOOP Design Awards and reviewed by our team.

Each entry submission may upload up to 8 images. We only accept single images and no collages. Make sure you have the photography rights and permission to submit to LOOP Design Awards.

Submitted images must not exceed 5MB per file and be no more than 3000 pixels on the longest side. Images must be saved as JPEGs (.jpg, .jpeg) or PNGs (.png).

We have opted not to organize a traditional awards ceremony or gala. While these events can be valuable, they often lead to increased costs for participants. At LOOP Design Awards, our priority is to maintain accessibility and affordability, ensuring that all talented designers and architects have the opportunity to showcase their work on a global stage. By focusing on the quality and visibility of the submitted entries, we aim to recognize and promote excellence without the need for costly formal events.

All the winners are going to be announced online in LOOP Design Awards website – www.loopdesignawards.com – and also through all our social platforms and media partners. Also, all the voting process is going to happen online in a dedicated platform and it will be an easy and simple process.

Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to submit as many entries as you find appropriate. We offer Nomination Packs ranging from 1 to 6 entries, as well as packs of 10, 15, and 20 entries. If you require more than 20 entries, please feel free to contact our support team at support@loopdesignawards.com, and we will be happy to assist you with a customized solution.

Yes, you can submit a project even if it has won other awards. We are interested in recognizing exceptional work, regardless of prior recognition. However, projects that have already been winners in the LOOP Design Awards are not eligible for resubmission.

The jury judging process begins in mid-August and runs through mid-September. We aim to announce the winners in early October. This timeline ensures that each entry is thoroughly evaluated by our esteemed jury panel.

The People’s Choice Award public voting allows the global design community to engage with and support their favorite entries. Voting will take place online at the same time as the jury’s review of all submissions. All participants will be notified when voting opens and will receive a Nomination Badge to promote and announce the voting for the People’s Choice Award.

The Best Firm Award is a prestigious recognition that is automatically extended to all studios that submit entries to the LOOP Design Awards. There is no need for a separate submission for this award. All studios with eligible entries will be considered, and the award is given to the firms that receive the highest combined scores from both public and jury voting across all their submissions. This means that the overall performance of a studio, based on the quality of all their submitted projects, will be taken into account. The Best Firm Award celebrates not just a single project but the studio’s consistent excellence and impact across multiple categories and disciplines.

Yes, absolutely! We offer discounts of up to 25% when you submit multiple entries through our Nomination Packs. The discount structure is as follows:

• 2 entries: 5% discount
• 3 entries: 10% discount
• 4 entries: 15% discount
• 5 entries: 20% discount
• 6 entries: 20% discount
• 10 entries: 25% discount
• 15 entries: 25% discount
• 20 entries: 25% discount

Our team members are spread across the globe, with representation in the USA, Portugal, and Japan. In 2021, we officially established LOOP as a registered company in Portugal, enabling smoother coordination and operational management among our team members. This step has allowed us to further develop the platform while maintaining the core principles that drive us: to recognize outstanding talent, support the creative community, and provide an accessible, authentic awards process that celebrates design excellence from all corners of the world.

LOOP Design Awards is truly a global initiative, with our team members based in different countries, including the USA, Portugal, and Japan. We collaborate online across time zones, bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise from around the world. While we operate as a global team, we officially registered LOOP as a company in Portugal in 2021 to streamline coordination and facilitate smoother operations among our international members.

LOOP Design Awards began taking shape in 2019 when our team first came together to plan and collaborate on creating a new kind of design award. After months of preparation, the first official edition of LOOP Design Awards launched in March 2020.

In 2021, we registered LOOP as a company in Portugal to facilitate smoother coordination among our globally distributed team and to support the continued growth of the awards platform.

Now, we are proudly in our sixth edition, having received more than 4,000 submissions from 58 different countries.
