This down jacket, tailored for modern urban life and moderate outdoor activities, innovates a multi-layer modular design, which allows for flexible assembly and disassembly through snap fasteners to provide three different wearing options, meeting the diverse needs of users.
Its segmentation takes into account users’ dynamic movements, which, coupled with the color blocking design, highlights simple yet powerful lines and ACW’s signature style, aligning well with the product’s positioning as a down jacket for urban travel and moderate outdoor activities. Designed based on the research on the body shapes of millions of Asian people, the ergonomic down jacket can perfectly fit the human body’s curves, striking a balance between stylish design and wearing comfort. The brim/lower hem, pockets, and sleeve tabs adopt the hot welding process, with inner seams sealed by 12mm waterproof adhesive tapes, while waterproof frosted rubber strips are used to cover the zippers for the top fly and pockets; the 4D hood system supports multi-directional adjustment, allowing users to conveniently change the tightness. These features enable the down jacket to effortlessly cope with wind and rain, suitable for diverse scenarios including urban travel and outdoor activities.
In terms of material selection, the outer shell made of Dermizax composite fabric (a fabric with a high-tech non-porous membrane) is soft, elastic, and uneasy to deform, while also boasting excellent waterproofness and breathability (waterproof rating of 20000mm/H2O and breathability rating of 10000G/M2/24hrs), whereby users can keep dry even in intensive sports, with no condensation inside the product. Meanwhile, the fabric is resistant to wear, snagging and pilling, which effectively extends the service life of the down jacket. The inner lining mainly utilizes lightweight wear-resistant nylon 66; the sides and sleeves made of soft, breathable, quick-drying LITHERMO enhance the comfort for the body parts usually involved in movements, so as to offer wearers a mentally relaxed experience, significantly improving the product’s emotional value.
