Inspired by the designer's first viewing of American film director, screenwriter and producer Wes Anderson's film "The Grand Budapest Hotel", which throbbed with aesthetic DNA and at the same time made him think about a question: how can we live in the aesthetics of Wes Anderson's film. So he wanted to build his own "Budapest", to create his own castle, to fulfil the wish he made when he first came to Nanjing to work. Ecological home design, create a green and healthy living space, waterproof, moisture-proof and mildew proof basement is the most time spent by the designer in this case, compared with various materials, and finally chose negative water pressure product waterproof, thermal insulation mortar to solve the temperature difference problem, central dehumidifier and mobile dehumidifier work along both lines, appropriate moisture-proof and mildew proof, plus fresh air to keep the basement air fresh. Contributes to good health. In home design, natural recyclable materials are used as much as possible, energy-saving elements are incorporated, natural light design is optimized, energy consumption is reduced, and the carbon footprint of the family is reduced. The only difficulty in the design process is energy saving, the designer of this case spent a lot of time to calculate the smart lighting, cooling and heating use of media loss, the solution is to minimize the smart lighting standby, reduce energy consumption, the first floor and second floor heating with Dajin HD, the use of electric energy, the underground two floors using gas boilers, divide and conquer, with Sayyas air conditioning system window to solve the problem of internal and external temperature difference, Reduce unnecessary energy consumption, reduce carbon traces, consider the rational use and protection of water resources in home design, use water-saving devices, rainwater collection system, and effectively save water resources. Dehumidification water in the basement is also diverted to the garden through lifting pumps, watering flowers and trees. In terms of material selection, replace all the original Windows with Sayyas air conditioning system Windows, increase LOW-E glass, and solve the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor. The owner designer of this case is also a perfume enthusiast, and the indoor temperature balance is conducive to the preservation of perfume.
