Stream

Gewers Pudewill

Short description

An architectural highlight and “place to be” in the Berlin business scene. The new, especially exciting addition to the pulsating Mediaspree location is a spectacular skyscraper right next to the Mercedes-Benz Arena.

This true urban sculpture comes with circa 2,500 workplaces, spacious conference areas, public dining areas and, above all, plenty of room for inspiration, communication and innovation. The 24 stories fold alternately to the sky and give the tower, which is about 97.5 meters high, its characteristic shape. Intriguing as well is the level of diverse environments the building will offer.

In order to maximally experience this unique location with all one’s senses, the building has glass facades and terraces on all floors. The interplay between breath-taking views of the city and the river create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere that perfectly matches the dynamic character of its intended occupant Zalando AG. Bright, open for new impulses and ready to make an impact: the STREAM TOWER reaches for more than just the sky.
