Short description

The project is located in the City CBD of Shenzhen, integrating business negotiation, enterprise office, sales exhibition and other functions. The design breaks traditional office boundary and creates a future oriented "aesthetic museum" Office center space.

LB Design integrates art into architecture, integrating design concepts with the tone of commercial complexes, and continuing around visual, dynamic, spatial, lighting, and cultural aspects. It uses simple design language to communicate with business elites, empowering Party A Group's strategic layout of the local economy.

The COVID-19 has profoundly affected people's expectations for an ideal office ,many people hope the workplace can meet diversified demands，like social interaction, cooperation and sense of belonging. LB Design emphasizes a new design concept in the exhibition space - a modern office community that has a more sense of belonging and inclusiveness, and better balances the collaboration and innovation between individuals and teams.

The project successfully broken traditional boundaries of office to provide more space possibilities. Which also brings a new trend in overall plane planning，providing private spaces for individuals to retain their focus while planning semi public spaces to support team collaboration brought about by different tasks.

The overall space presents a pure state with elegant and dynamic curve language. The curves are in the form of arcs, intersecting with each other to create beautiful rhythms; The smooth lines of curved furniture complement the elegant interior lines, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation.

In the public space, the design expresses the enterprise brand and culture in a visual way, so that the time course of enterprise growth can be perfectly integrated into the space. It also provides more formal and informal meeting areas for learning, training and communication to support the co creation of communication between teams or with the outside world.
