Designed for maximum flexibility and minimal complexity, the Trex Signature X-Series Railing system is built around a game-changing innovation: the X-Series Post. This multi-functional component works as an end, line or corner post and supports both cable and glass infill in one SKU-efficient solution. The entire program includes just 11 SKUs — a stark contrast to traditional cable systems that may require up to 80 specified components or more.

X-Series Cable Rail features spring-loaded cables that maintain tension over time and intuitive push-to-connect fittings that eliminate swaging and crimping. Unique ball ends allow cables to swivel for seamless transitions on both horizontal and stair applications. X-Series Glass Rail accepts panels that float effortlessly between powder-coated aluminum posts. The versatile design of the X-Series post also creates endless opportunities for future additions to the line. 

Adding to their appeal, X-Series Railings are sold in easy-to-order kits for simple specification and shipping. Cable Rail kits include everything in one box for spans up to 18'. Frameless Glass Rail is sold in one-size-fits-all infill kits (glass sold separately).

Backed by a 50-year warranty, X-Series™ Railings are engineered for durability, low maintenance, and sustainability. Built to endure harsh environments and decades of use, they feature powder-coated aluminum frames, marine-grade stainless steel cable and ½” laminated glass panels. Framing components are made from a minimum of 40% recycled aluminum and are 100% recyclable, qualifying the product to contribute to LEED goals.
