Belle Air

Bolshakova Interiors

Short description

Belle Air Villas are located in the heart of Cyprus, near Limassol, and consist of 24 niche villas designed in the California style, combining modern architecture with Mediterranean influences. The project features clean lines, expansive glass windows, and open floor plans, creating a sense of space and freedom.

The team developed the villas from scratch, handling everything from architecture to design and planning. They created three different layout options for clients to choose from, using natural materials such as wood and marble to enhance the connection between the homes and their surroundings. Warm earth tones and natural materials promote a sense of tranquility and elegance.

Interiors are equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and custom designs tailored to the owners' preferences. Open-plan layouts ensure a seamless flow between rooms, enhancing the feeling of space and connectivity within the home.

The California style, chosen as the main concept, emphasizes open, airy spaces and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The Mediterranean influences are evident in the warm earth tones and natural materials used throughout the design, enhancing the connection between the homes and their surrounding landscapes.
