Casino of the future Las Vegas in the middle of Styria? Impossible? Or is it? Not impossible at all, is what the Architectural Office 'Strohecker Architects' have proved. The office, based in Graz, has infused the casino in Graz with a considerable portion of gold dust and magic, just as it is a custom in the worlds gambling capital. Las Vegas Styrian style - is the motto of one of the most spectacular renovation projects in the Styrian capital. Over the course of four years, two of which have been a construction phase, a new architectural highlight was created, with emphasis on interior design. The completed project is not merely a gambling location. It offers a range of events (theatre, concerts, cabaret etc.), hosted in its event hall. Entirely overhauled 5-star Restaurant completes the ultimate entertainment experience. This immersion of the entirety of visitor’s senses is the underlying concept behind the interior design. The renovation was completed in several stages, while constantly keeping the casino operational and open to visitors.
