Short description

Guohua Heyuejia Shanghai Putuo International Elderly Care Center is a comprehensive elderly care project with a total building area of 41,000 square meters. This project primarily includes 267 independent senior apartments, 96 nursing beds, over 3,000 square meters of wellness clubhouse, and a 1,000 square meter senior service center.The interior of this project was designed by Shanghai Zhige Design. With a building area of 41,764 square meters, it is located in an important urban renewal development area in Shanghai. Once completed, it will fully cover various aspects of life, including "clothing, food, housing, transportation, and recreation." In addition to apartments and a care center, it will also feature functional areas such as a parking lot, clubhouse, restaurant, gym, swimming pool, classrooms, and landscaped courtyards. In the future, it will establish a collaborative relationship with a nearby top-tier hospital to integrate medical service resources, highlighting the "one-stop" elderly service model that combines wellness, care, and medical services. This aims to create a high-quality, high-level boutique Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
