INI Design Studio is an acclaimed multidisciplinary design firm, offering an extensive suite of professional consulting services that include architecture, engineering, planning, urban design, landscape architecture, sustainability, interiors, research, and art. With a robust team of over 350 professionals, INI brings exemplary expertise to projects across the Indian subcontinent and beyond, having completed more than 800 projects, and has been honoured with more than 150 awards.

INI operates from eight key locations: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Dehradun, Shillong, Goa, New Jersey, and London, with additional project offices across India. INI's history is rooted in the legacy of Burt Hill, an esteemed international design brand that established its first Indian office in 2007. Following a strategic merger with Stantec in 2010, the company evolved into INI Design Studio in 2015, positioning itself as a leader in the Indian and South Asian architectural and design landscape. Ar. Jayesh Hariyani, Founding Principal of INI Design Studio, has been pivotal in leading research-driven, large-scale multi-use developments. His award-winning work, including the FAIA Honor from the American Institute of Architects, spans over 75,000 acres of regional planning and over 200 million square feet of built environment projects globally, many of which are LEED/IGBC certified green buildings. He has taught at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Texas and has presented at numerous national and international conferences. He is also serving as chair of six national technical committees for Green Built environment rating systems.
