Short description

Apart from the cultural concept of "Chengdu" that features humanity-landscape harmony and the design philosophy of “green symbiosis”, the space is implanted with the theme "water begets all things and everything thrives" to balance ecological nature with development, build up the future on modern green ideas, and create green water culture art theme gallery to showcase modern green life and highlight Jinmao quality.
Entering the foyer space of this box-like building, one finds himself before a long-axis scroll of art installation, whose shape is inspired by the winding river system, as if the winding Jinjiang River was greeting the visitors.
By bringing the quietness, breadth and metaphor of light to the reception lobby, the "nature-nurtured mentality” is elevated to ethereal realm, where the humble nature of the interior and nature is highlighted. The progressive relationship between physical environment - artistic conception - and mentality echoes the rationality and obscurity, the authenticity and purity of contemporary interiors, unfolding the truth that where the light shines, all things gather.
Down the stairs is the interior courtyard, surrounded by functional blocks, a place for artistic growth, where the ground is rippling with water, and the floating art installations are illuminated by light and shadow, as if the concept of “water begetting all things for everything to grow” was taking shape in the space of humanity and landscapes.
The sand table area is simple and generous, and the four corners are projected by light and shadow, combining force and beauty. Virtuality and reality blend endlessly, outline the level of virtuality and reality in the painting, giving the space a vivid and rich expression.
The water-light corridor gives the minimalist space a lot of white space, where poetic aesthetics of the East grows. Water lights are specially added in this area to reflect the dynamic space through the flowing light and shadow effect. The courtyard, where the water gurgles, expands the spatial Zen. The contrast of black and white materials, primitive and clear, subtly melts into the soft gray space, forming a prominent visual center. Amid the softness of gurgling water and flowing artistic conception of emptiness and reality, one walks in the corridor as if walking into the picture scroll of oriental charm.
Inside the negotiation space, overlapping and sequential techniques are used to create a sense of extension. Space is divided into detouring parts to create a rich, extensive visual effect. Color and material selection continue the DNA of Jinmao Brand, with the light gray and gold complementing each other into a smooth and natural transition.
With a spatial focus on structural expression, the simple base gives the distinct characteristics of continuity and minimalism. As the visual comforts expand, echo and grow, different spaces start a dialogue. Infused with Chinese style, rich oriental culture unfolds in the space. The interaction between man, space and nature is flavored with poetic meaning, as the pleasures of unknow increase in proportion to the explorative effort.
