Magnólia City Park comprises four private condominiums with a total of 134 apartments. The development offers exceptional common areas, including two swimming pools, a padel court, and a stylish lounge area. It stands out in the market for its superior quality and distinctive character.

This park inspired the name of our venture. The synergy of living fully in the city with the beauty of nature, unique and distinctive, with such intrinsic qualities that makes whoever lives there also a privileged.

Maintaining visual coherence between the four plots, despite their different purposes and characteristics, was one of the biggest challenges in building Magnolia City Park.
To preserve Magnolia City Park's cohesive identity, meticulous design and planning were essential. Common architectural elements such as color palettes, materials, and façade styles were used across all plots, creating a unified aesthetic while respecting each plot's functional specificities. Magnolia City Park successfully balances diverse purposes with a cohesive visual identity, providing residents with a harmonious and integrated living experience.

One plot was designed exclusively for studio and one-bedroom flats, catering to the need for compact, functional, high-quality living spaces. Two other plots offer a range of 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom units, accommodating families of various sizes with flexibility and adaptability. The fourth plot is reserved for 1, 2, and 3-bedroom flats in a more premium segment, featuring exclusive communal amenities for a superior living experience.

The architecture of Magnólia City Park features a contemporary design, characterized by a continuous volume that aims to create a unifying street front image. This approach enhances the location by integrating with the surrounding buildings while mitigating future differences.

The proposed architecture presents a contemporary language, organized in a continuous volume where only the slabs between floors stand out, remaining in exposed concrete and merging with the balcony railings, also in exposed concrete. The materiality of the building is primarily achieved through the use of concrete, followed by glass, highlighted by the full spans of the interior spaces that invite the use of the exterior balcony space.

At Magnólia City Park, we offered various customization options to ensure client apartment suited his personal taste. He chose from a range of flooring options, available in several colors. For the bathrooms, we provided a selection of ceramic tiles in multiple hues. Additionally, the client could pick taps for the kitchen and bathrooms that matched his style. We also had different appliances options to ensure the apartment is both functional and stylish.

Our showroom allows the clients to view all the available finishes, and guide them through the decision-making process, ensuring every choice aligns with them preferences and needs.
