Project description

The millennial generation needs a live-work-play environment. This 35 sqm two-room flat was projected to satisfy multiple daily activities of a male user for about 28 years old. We access from outside through the kitchen / remote working area, where a table mobile and adjustable is the main element, giving the area great adaptability. Annexed, we find a versatile room with a built-in furniture system incorporated. The spotlight piece is a hollow box that contains a modular platform with an electronic mechanism. The sidewalls of the structure accommodate multipurpose modules. As independent pieces, the removable modules from both the walls and the floor can adapt to versatile furniture and saving solutions. In front of the platform, there is a closet hidden behind a movable false wall. This panel can be used as a library with drawers and shelves, on one side, and a large mirror that takes photos; and a folding armchair on the other side. By separating the movable wall from the closet, the hallway becomes a dressing room. Through an app, different comfort commands and sustainable resources are managed.
