MISSONI SKY

II BY IV DESIGN

Short description

The vision for MISSONI SKY was to create a vertical oasis rooted in artistry, emotion, and timeless elegance. The tower celebrates Missoni’s deep connection to nature, particularly the founders’ beloved countryside retreat, where panoramic views and abundant sky served as a daily muse. This intimate narrative inspired a tower that elevates the idea of downtown living into a rich, immersive environment. Drawing from Missoni’s rich design vocabulary of colour, movement, pattern, and light, the interiors express both the grandeur and intimacy of the brand’s story.

From the moment one enters, the atmosphere evokes the founders’ home: layered with history and elevated by design. The interiors are graceful and gallery-like, with a neutral palette that allows curated moments of colour and vibrancy through signature Missoni traits. These sophisticated design moments are embedded through the tower, connecting residents to a larger story of craftsmanship, culture, and belonging.

Natural, authentic materials form the foundation for a nuanced interpretation of Missoni’s iconic motif. The design team maintained a consistent material palette throughout, subtly shifting textures to create contrast and rhythm within the signature zigzag pattern. This quiet layering of detail ensures that wherever one moves through MISSONI SKY, the brand’s spirit is not just visible, it’s felt. The result is an atmosphere that resonates with identity, inviting residents to feel both connected to Missoni’s heritage, while feeling intrinsically part of its future.

Textiles, sculptural forms, and expressive patterns provide rhythm throughout, echoing the founders’ creative legacy. Communal areas are designed for reflection, connection, and celebration. From curated art moments to subtle inflections in finish and tone, every detail channels the emotional language of Missoni.
