PT Architecture Design (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Short description

Sit area: 8,817.8 m2
Building area: 525,54 m2
FAR: 5.96
Located at the foot of Wutong Mountain in Luohu District, Shenzhen, the project is adjacent to Fairy Lake Botanical Garden in the north and Hong Kong in the south. Surrounded by natural mountains, it is the ecological core of the region.
The project aims to trace the natural resources of the Liantang area, introduce a green and healthy lifestyle, and build regional ecological benchmarks and brand benchmarks. Based on the overall ecological pattern of the project, the design concept of "living in vast nature" is proposed. With the overall image of green twin towers, the project forms an ecological landmark in the region, striving to create a three-dimensional forest community that opens an example, connects mountains and seas, and integrates with nature.
In the preliminary plan deduction, the traditional building type and enclosed layout were abandoned, and the innovative twin tower type and layout mode were adopted to maximize the visibility of the corridor and enable households to enjoy the view. At the same time, through form cutting and depiction, the upright and elegant city image was established to strengthen the connection with the mountains, obtain more landscape resources, improve public spaces, introduce hanging gardens, and create a green landmark that is open and integrates with nature.
In the construction of commercial space, the project combines the height difference of the site and the three-dimensional garage to create an ecologically diverse three-dimensional commercial block for the city, and creates a comfortable and pleasant space atmosphere on the basis of a lot of outdoor platforms and three-dimensional greening. In the ground floor space, a winding green walking belt is introduced in combination with the height difference to connect Wutong Mountain with the commercial space, forming a continuous, three-dimensional walking experience and a dialogue with nature. In terms of garden construction, the elevated floors are used to introduce diverse pan-club space, improve the community quality and enrich resident activities. At the corner of the city, a unique vertical lobby is used to bring people to the third-floor community garden, forming a ceremony feeling of returning home. The infinity pool at the corner of the garden not only enhances the living experience of residents, but also creates an iconic urban landmark at the corner in combination with lighting and landscape design.
In terms of product strategy, the maximizing transparency and viewing experience is achieved through building design and staggered layout. Under the consideration of controllable costs, the value is enhanced through design to create a boutique residence. At the same time, the project becomes an integrated brand habitat benchmark by integrating clearer design language and incorporating surrounding regional characteristics throughout the full text.
At the main interface of the city, the green twin towers bring a three-dimensional community image of ecology and integration with nature to the city, take the waterfall in nature as the modeling inspiration to depict the smooth vertical flow of water and the agility of jumping between rocks, integrate geometric lines and straight variations in the natural world using contemporary techniques, and emphasize the creative concept of elegance, simplicity, and modularity.
