The space planning revolved around the pursuit of Congo river views and sculpting the same out of city mass. The form of the building thereby takes a curvilinear shape allowing all the offices clear views towards the river and sufficient natural light.
The double height entrance lobby is designed to house reception, waiting lounge and café area. The core providing vertical circulation is categorically placed on the southern side thereby barricading commercial and existing residential development.
The façade design provides every office with parabolic balconies that have alternating heights. This facilitates the offices with volume options in recreation areas in response to the harsh temperatures of Africa.
