Zoom’s London office is a transformative workspace that redefines modern office design. Spanning 18,000 sqft, this pioneering facility integrates advanced technology with adaptable, employee-focused environments, showcasing Zoom’s vision for the future of work. The design elevates Zoom’s technological prowess while fostering collaboration, productivity, and sustainability.

Central to the office is the Experience Centre, designed to captivate and inspire visitors. It features large, curved multi-touch LED walls offering a 360-degree visual experience, showcasing Zoom’s technological advancements through interactive content. The Lens Wall, a central design feature, wraps around the Experience Centre, creating an engaging digital environment. Another key element is the Discovery Showcase, which includes two 33-foot-wide curved LED displays. These displays offer a fully interactive view of Zoom’s products and solutions, aiming to not only demonstrate Zoom’s technology but also to create a memorable, engaging experience that aligns with the company’s vision for the future of communication and collaboration.

The Engagement Hub is a versatile workspace designed to cater to a variety of workstyles and boost employee productivity. The space is thoughtfully divided into distinct zones, each addressing specific needs. The Community Zone is vibrant area includes lounges, a games corner, and multi-function spaces that encourage social interaction and collaborative events. It is designed for flexibility, allowing easy reconfiguration for various uses such as training sessions, seminars, or informal meetings, promoting creativity and teamwork in a dynamic and adaptable environment. The Hybrid Collaboration Zone is equipped with advanced Zoom Rooms, this zone is designed for seamless hybrid meetings, supporting both in-person and remote participants. It enhances collaboration and communication, making it a key part of the office's collaborative environment. The Focus Zone is situated at the edge of the office, this quiet area provides a tranquil environment for focused work. It includes individual workstations, phone rooms, and booths designed to minimise distractions. This thoughtful design ensures employees have access to spaces that cater to both collaborative and solitary work needs.

Zoom’s London office reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, earning LEED Gold certification for its exemplary environmental practices. This certification underscores the building’s efficient resource use, reduced environmental impact, and dedication to creating a healthier indoor environment. The design incorporates eco-friendly materials and technologies, aligning with Zoom’s goal of minimising its carbon footprint and promoting sustainability. In addition to its environmental features, the design incorporates elements of artistic expression through Unispace’s Art for Impact initiative. A notable addition is a distinctive tapestry crafted from recycled ocean plastic by the Nicaraguan women’s collective Las Tejedoras. This art piece enhances the aesthetic appeal of the office while symbolising Zoom’s broader mission of making a positive global impact.
