Lemme Building – Common Areas

Boscardin Corsi

Short description

The interior proposal for the common areas is in line with the exterior project, prioritizing organic forms and the Brazilian style.
The sophistication comes from noble materials, carefully chosen and the curation of classic pieces of brazilian modernism furniture together with contemporary designers as well.
The intention of the project is for users to remain in the spaces, through contemplation, comfort and warmth in the furniture, bringing well-being and a sense of welcoming to the residents.
At the heart of the entrance hall is the sculptural staircase, which recalls the lines of the facade and makes a direct connection between the hall and the Saloon on the second floor.
With a garden designed by the Burle Marx office, our intention was to bring the feeling of nature to the interior of the building. The rounded tensioned screen positioned above the stairs brings the feeling of natural light, as if there were a skylight dome.
For the armchairs area, the idea was to bring an ideia of a "living room with a library", where the residents themselves could read a book warmed by the fireplace, contemplating the exuberant garden.
A timeless and cozy interior design.
