Lofty Villa is situated within a villa community on the southern outskirts of the city, nestled on a hillside. It is designed in a modern Chinese Huizhou architectural style, featuring sloping roofs with black tiles and white walls. Besides serving as a residence, the property also functions as an art gallery and studio space. The floor plan is predominantly U-shaped, with its opening facing an unobstructed view of lush greenery in the permanently protected natural reserve on the opposite side.
